A boy was passing by the elephants, he suddenly stopped, he got confused by the fact that these huge animals were being held by only a small piece of rope tied to their leg. No chains, no cages.
It was obvious that these elephants could, at anytime can break the rope and get away from their bonds but for some strange reason, they did not.
He saw a trainer near them and he asked him that why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to pull the rope and get away. 'Well,' trainer explained, 'when they are young and at their early age and much smaller then now we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, they are not strong enough to break the rope. After long argument they decided to settle this by a race. After deciding a Route they began to race. The rabbit was fast and ran very fast for some time. After few moments he noticed that That He Was Far Ahead
from the turtle, He Thought that turtle would take the time so he decided to sit under the tree and relax for the moment before continuing. He rested under The tree and Fell Asleep because he was tired as he was running very fast. The turtle walking slowly soon overtook the rabbit and finished The Race. Few moments later when rabbit Worked he realized that he had lost the race due to his silly mistake.
But in modern world the changes had been made to the story which I recently heard.
So It Continues as:
After loosing the race The rabbit became disappointed. He knows that he could have easily won if he was not overconfident and careless. He stopped in between because he took the race for Granted, otherwise there's No Way The turtle Could Have Beaten Him. So He again Challenged The turtle for Race. The turtle accepted his proposal and agreed to race again. This Time, The rabbit was unstoppable he ran without stopping From Start To Finish. the turtle was not even close to his vision when he finished.
Let me explain - Fast And Consistent can beat The Slow And Steady. These conventional methods not always win, sometime we have to go fast to reach the destination but the condition is consistency. by combining these two method we can easily beat slow and steady.
But this is not the end of story it continue as -. after losing the race the turtle also became disappointed all the previous records made by him got shattered . who like to loose in this world so turtle thought for some time with relaxed mind, he realized that rabbit is unbeatable in this race and now he was not even careless. The race began. the rabbit was again fast and consistent this time also, he repeated the same , he ran fast and in hope to break his previous records he accelerated to top speed and maintained it, but suddenly he stopped when he came across with broad river. The Finishing Line Was at other Side Of The River.the rabbit was unable to think for any idea to cross the river. He sat there helplessly in the mean time turtle came their slowly slowly and after racing riverbank he jumped into the river without even thinking, he swifted to other side and crossed the finish line and again became champion.
Know your talent and skills then compete with someone. If you judge the talent of fish by ability to fly then the fish is always the looser in this field . But the main talent of fish is swimming.
The Story not End here.Now The rabbit And The turtle Had Become Pretty Good Friends And they thought to run the race one last time, but in such a way that no one will get disappointed after the race they did some thinking and planned the route. They started off the race as a partner , at starting the rabbit carried the turtle in his back and at the river they shifted positions and this time they crossed the finish line at the same time. and the feeling of both winning together was far greater than winning individually.
the moral is - It is good to have individual talent and also have the strong competition in the field but working with the team is the best way is to walk with everyone instead of running and leaving everyone behind.

The same year I lost my father ,I was very close to them.
