HOW TO FILL NEET 2021 PHASE II FORM

  1. Open neet.nta.nic.in (Try to fill it in the PC because website is crashing in Mobile)and at the bottom of screen go to correction Phase-II NEET(U.G) 2021. You can also Correct some of the Phase one options.

  2. After clicking on the above mentioned link a new page will open in which you need to enter Application number and password and Security Pin after which your account will open.

  3. At bottom of page you will find Correction Cum Filling up of Phase 2 in Application Form  . Click It.

  4. New page will open . Please Keep you mobile ready because OTP will come at your phone number which you have entered in Phase 1. Wait for approx. 5 minute because OTP is taking time to come in your mobile. If even after 5 minute you are not receiving it then click resend OTP.

  5. After entering OTP New Page Will open Which is partially Filled You Need To Fill It completely.

  6. A. Gender , B. Nationality, C. Category, D. Pwd option can be corrected from phase 1. A. Name, B. DOB C. Father Name D. Mother Name E. State Of 12th Cannot be changed.
  7. Now 10th 11th And 12th details need to be filled.
  8. A. Pass Status B. Year of Passing C. Qualifying Code. D. Place of Schooling (Rural/Urban) E. Type Of School/College F. Qualifying Examination State G. Qualifying Examination District H. School Board I. Result Mode - (CGPA or Percentage) J. Roll Number K. School address L. School Pin code These are the details Need to be filled In For 10th 11th and 12th.

  9. Remember - 11th detail Is Not Compulsory. You Can Partially Fill The 11th detail Which You Know Else Leave other Fields Blank. It Will not effect your result.     
  10. 12th details will filled Automatically.
  11. Next details of 12th marks are required.

  12. Address cannot be changed but E. Mail can be changed .

  13. Parents Income detail is required which is Optional.  
  14. Enter Security Pin at End which Is Shown in Image and then submit.
  15. New Page will Open Check Form Carefully tick the Check box of Gender, Category, Educational Details. Then After Selecting I agree Final submit the form.

  16. Carefully read form before Submitting Because NO CORRECTION Can be made after Submitting this Form.
  17. If Any Doubt Arise Feel Free To ask Before submitting the Form. 
  18. Last Date To Apply For Phase 2- 10 October 2021 (Sunday) upto 11:50 p.m. In the absence of filling up of the information of the Second Phase, his/her candidature will be cancelled.

Site is not working properly so be patient because you need to fill details again and again. Start filling well before last date to avoid last minute mistakes.
